I teach Yoga, mindfulness and sound from practices that are integral to my own life.

My mother introduced me to Yoga many years ago, and I have been in love with it since. Completing my first 200-hour teacher training deepened my own practice and opened another layer: the calmness, joy and attention I find in sharing it with others.

Teaching from lived practice.

Movement and stillness inform each other.

Two tempos, one practice

Vinyasa — Movement with attention.

In my Vinyasa classes, I teach intuitive movement with a strong emphasis on the connection between body and mind. Breathwork, guided meditation, clear alignment and respect for the body’s boundaries hold the practice together, with space for sequences that invite strength and curiosity.

Yin — Stillness with substance.

My passion is the essence of Yin Yoga: creating a considered space to soften body and mind. I work with the meridians and use acupressure informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine to enrich a practice built around time, attention and stillness.

A grounded record of training.

Continued study keeps my teaching responsive, precise and connected to practice.
